Margaret B. Bellah

Margaret B. (Chastain) Bellah, 94, died on Thursday, June 24, 2010 in Graham. Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 27, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Margaret was born on September 24, 1915 in Amarillo to the late J.A. and Pallie (Williamson) Buckingham. She married Ray S. Chastain on December 31, 1936 in Clovis, New Mexico. He preceded her in death on December 22, 1997. Margaret married L.B. "Blue" Bellah on June 14, 2002 in Graham. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and YAHA Sunday School Class.

Survivors include: husband, L.B. "Blue" Bellah of Graham; daughters, Margie Chastain of Breckenridge and Barbara Sullivan of Cold Spring; 8 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and great niece Cheryl Warren.

She was preceded in death by three sisters and five brothers.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in Graham.
