Maria Trejo

Maria Guadalupe Trejo, 66, passed away Sunday August 27, 2023 in Graham.  Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 31, 2023 at The Church of God of the Firstborn, 1000 1^st Street.   Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Maria was born December 12, 1956 in La Pechuga, Hidalgo Mexico to Herminia Fuentes Cantera and Ernesto Monroy-Gonzalez.  She married Cirilo Trejo Maqueda, January 1, 1973.  She was formerly employed by Dos Leones Restaurant in Graham.

Survivors include; husband, Cirilo Trejo Maqueda of Graham; daughters, Angelica Trejo Monroy of Newton, NC. and Estela Trejo Monroy of Graham; sons, Ismael Trejo Monroy, Miguel Trejo Monroy, Jose Luis Trejo Monroy, and Eric Trejo Monroy all of Graham; eight grandchildren; Luis H. Trejo, Anahi J. Trejo, Daelyn X. Trejo, Obed Trejo, Daniel L. Trejo, Abdiel Trejo, Samara J. Trejo, and Jianna Trejo; seven siblings, Sabino Monroy Fuentes, Aurelia Monroy Fuentes, Emilia Monroy Fuentes, Ramon Monroy Fuentes, Loreto Monroy Fuentes, Josefina Monroy Fuentes, and Veronica Monroy Fuentes.

Family Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home.
