Mary Pearson Maples

Mary Pearson Maples, 68, of Graham passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2010 in Graham. A graveside funeral is scheduled for Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Pioneer Cemetery with Reverend Gary Tull of Graham officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Mary was born December 28, 1941 in Denton to the late O.L. Pearson and Lillie Ruth (West) Davis. She married Paul Leon Maples in Jacksboro in 1974. Mary was a member of the First Baptist Church and was employed by Graham Oaks Care Center.

Survivors: husband, Paul L. Maples of Graham, daughter, Brenda Gonce Dominguez of Mineral Wells, step-sons, Doug Maples of the Metroplex and David Maples of Graham, sisters, Joanne Lane Cook of Graham, Jo Nell Pearson Roberts of Wichita Falls, 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A son, Johnny Leon Gonce and a brother Leon Lee Pearson preceded her in death.
