Kathy was born September 10, 1925 in Young County to the late Ward and Marie (Wiggington) Spivey. She married Howard Stephens and he preceded her in death.
Survivors include: son, Brian Stephens and wife, Joanie of Graham; granddaughter, Elizabeth Stephens of Denton; brother, Bill Spivey and wife, Billie Katherine of Graham; niece, Tammy Spivey Freeza of Aura, Texas.
She was preceded in death by son, Brent D. Stephens and granddaughter, Abby Katherine Stephens.
