Mozelle Richardson

Mozelle Richardson, 100, passed away Friday, February 27, 2015 in Fort Worth.  Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Gooseneck Cemetery in Young County under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Mozelle was born September 19, 1914 in Round Timber to the late Andrew Taylor and Mabel (Sanders) Hamby.  She married George Franklin Richardson July 27, 1934 and he preceded her in death January 13, 1979.  Mozelle was a longtime resident of Palo Pinto County and a homemaker.

Survivors include: daughters, Joe Ann Swinney of Mineral Wells and Bertha Tucker and husband, Watt of Oran; sons, Charles Richardson and wife, Barbara of Graford and Billy Richardson and wife, Janet of Mineral Wells; sisters, Marie Hamby of Newcastle and Jean Smith and husband, Billy Gene of Desoto; 18 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 38 great great grandchildren, 3 great great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by daughter, Jerry Nell Ward and sons, Bobby Joe and Andrew Richardson.
