Neoma Sams Pennartz

Neoma Sams Pennartz, 65, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2015 in Wichita Falls.  Funeral services will be held Monday, June 22, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. in the Morrison Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in Loving Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Neoma was born January 17, 1950 to Clarence Wood and Nellie Ruth (Donaldson) Sams in Graham.  She married David Pennartz, January 10, 1970 in Windthorst.  Neoma was the owner of Pennartz Mini Mart in Loving for 30 years.  She was active in the Loving Community and a member of Loving Baptist Church.

Survivors include; husband, David Pennartz of Loving; daughter, Cindy Maneely and husband Robert of Loving; son, Mike Pennartz and wife Angela of Burkburnett; grandchildren, Jacob Fleetwood of Loving and Devon Pennartz of Centralia, Missouri; sister, Jolene Rogers of Tyler; brothers, Jimmy Sams and wife Emily of Honey Grove, Mickey Sams and wife Rose of Frisco; brother-in-law Walter Gene Shepard of Loving; also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews, and her beloved cat, Callie.

Neoma was preceded in death by sisters, Martha Jones, Erma Shepard, and Pat Keller.

The Family will be at Morrison Funeral Home Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. to greet friends.
