Opal Koslow

Opal Koslow, 87, died Tuesday, December 29, 2009 in Graham. A Graveside funeral will be held Saturday, January 2, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Masterson Ranch Cemetery in Guthrie, Texas. Opal will lie in state at the Masterson Ranch home Friday noon until service time Saturday. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Opal was born May 26, 1922 in Plano, Texas to the late Robert and Eva Cousens King. She was a former resident of Fort Worth before moving to California. She had been a resident of Lubbock since 2004. Opal was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels in Lubbock.

Survivors include; son, Bill Masterson and wife Donna of Graham; four grandchildren, Scotta Knight and husband Tadd, Robert Masterson and wife Wendy, Lisa Russell and husband Roy, and Laurie Bryson and husband Caleb; seven great grandchildren, Kristen and Cameron Knight, Alex Masterson, Sidney Russell, Grace and Evie Bryson, and Hadley Ray.

Opal was preceded in death by a son Ron Koslow in 1989.
