Pamela Milam Stroud

Pamela Milam Duke Stroud, 67, passed away at her home in Irving after a 4 year hard fought battle with colon cancer on Monday April 10, 2023.  Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Friday April 14, 2023 at Morrison Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery in Graham.

Pam was born December 30, 1955 in Graham.  After graduation from Graham High School, she moved to the metroplex where she met and started a family with Owen Duke. She worked as a Parts Analyst for American Honda for 27 years before she began enjoying retirement and spending her days with her four-legged best friend, Princess Sparkles.  On November 29, 2008 Pam married the love of her life, Jay Stroud in Euless.  She was a resident of Irving for her entire adult life. 

Survivors include; husband, Jay Stroud of Irving; best friend and former husband, Owen Duke; son, Chris Duke and wife Michelle of Justin; daughters, Kara Felts and husband Clint of Irving, Ashley Perritt and husband Jack of Fort Worth, Jennifer Martinez and husband Moe of Fort Worth; brother, Kyle Milam and wife Rhnea of Graham; nine grandchildren, Cade Duke, Avery Perritt, Landry Duke, Madison Martinez, Easton Stroud, Riley Martinez, Campbell Felts, Kennedy Felts, and Parker Martinez; great grandson, Huxley Perritt; and fur baby Princess Sparkles. 

Pamela was preceded in death by a daughter, Sarah Nicole Duke and her parents, Zohn and Jerrye Milam.

Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home.
