Pat Bynum

Patsy Ruth “Pat” Bynum, 81, went to her heavenly home Saturday, May 6, 2023.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 11 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. 

Pat was born June 20, 1941 to the late W.T. and Doris (Roberts) Cox.  She married Jackie Bynum September 29, 1958 and he preceded her in death November 15, 2007.  Together they raised four children.  Pat was a homemaker and a wonderful cook.  She loved cooking Sunday lunch for all her family.  She and Jackie loved traveling and vacationing with their friends and family.  One of her greatest joys was spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  She was baptized as a young girl at Oak Street Baptist Church.

Survivors include: daughter, Paula Bynum of Wichita Falls; son, Randy Bynum and wife, Elizabeth of Graham; sister, Wanda Williams; brothers, Tommy Cox and Donald Cox; grandchildren, Randy Holstead and wife, Leslie, Nikki Petty and husband, Michael, Darcie Baynes and husband, Dickie, Derrick Busch and wife, Meagan, Brady Bynum and wife, Kayley, Layne Bynum and wife, Madison, Maddi Malone and husband, Benny and 16 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by daughters, Julie Busch and Susie Bynum and grandson, Jessie Ray Busch.

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
