Patricia "Pat" Hagler Renfro, 76, passed away Saturday, September 14, 2013 in Graham. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 7100 Crowley Road, Fort Worth, 76134, with visitation beginning at 9 a.m. A memorial service will follow at First United Methodist Church in Graham at 3 p.m.
Pat was born January 7, 1937 in Corsicana, Texas to the late Lynn M. and Ruth Marie (Rosson) Hagler. She graduated from Polytechnic High School in Fort Worth in 1955 and received a bachelor of science degree in business from Texas Wesleyan College in 1958. She was a devoted stay-at-home mother for years and began her career at Bell Helicopter Textron in 1974. She started as a steno, working her way up to MRP Specialist at the time of her retirement in 1997. In 1977, she married Charles O. Renfro. They shared 20 years together before his passing in 1997. Pat lived most of her life in Fort Worth. In 2003, she and her mother moved to Graham. Pat was a devoted daughter and cared for her mother until her passing in 2006. Known as "Ma Pat" to her grandchildren, she enjoyed keeping up with their activities, visiting with them, and was extremely proud of all their accomplishments. She was preceded in death by her spouse and her parents.
Pat is survived by her children, Debra Stamper and husband Conner of Graham, TX; Mike Deason and wife Yvonne of Granite Bay, CA; Michelle Horn and husband Gary of Granbury, TX; Grandchildren, Sarah Molard and husband Rob, Amy Stamper, Phillip, Ross and Jeanette Deason, Shawn, Jana and Kevin Horn.
