Patricia Whitaker

Patricia Ann Whitaker, 62, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2014 in Newcastle. A graveside service will be held Sunday, September 21, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Newcastle Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Patricia was born January 11, 1952 in Brownsville to the late Charles Robert and Jessie Ofelia (Campbell) Pattillo. She married Jackie Whitaker and he preceded her in death April 28, 2012. Patricia retired from Graham Regional Medical Center as a LVN.

Survivors include: daughters, Debra Whitaker Taylor of Graham and Cynthia Nottingham and husband, James of Justin; two granddaughters, Christin White and Cathryne Urban, 3 grandsons, Nathan Wilson, Trey Hayhurst, and Eli Nottingham; step-grandchildren Alex Nottingham and Bryce Nottingham; nephews, Tommy McGee and Gary Pattillo; niece, Dorthy Davis; great nephew, Jessie McGee; three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Whitaker.
