Preston Persley Pratt

Preston Persley Pratt, 93, of Graham passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2010 in Graham. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 27, 2010 at the Eliasville Church of Christ with Dick Stovall, officiating. Burial will follow at Eliasville Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Mr. Pratt was born October 20, 1916 in Eliasville to the late Larry Moore and Mary Catherine (Woods) Pratt. He married Rozella Grey Parkinson on November 17, 1940 in Lubbock, Texas. Mr. Pratt was a member of the church of Christ and the Graham Lions Club. He was a farmer and rancher and retired as owner and operator of Pratt Materials in Breckenridge, Texas.

Survivors: wife of 69 years, Rozella Gray Pratt of Graham, daughter, Mary Ann Baggett and husband Roy of Blue Ridge, TX., sons, Preston P. Pratt, JR. and wife Gayle of Portales, N.M. and David L. Pratt and wife Gayle of Santa Maria, CA. Four grandchildren, Jim Littlepage, Preston "Tracer" Pratt III, Julie McKenney, and Randy Pratt; five great grandchildren also survive.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
