Randy Tackett, 48 passed away Sunday, May 5, 2013 in Graham. A graveside funeral is scheduled for Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Cottonwood Cemetery in Jack County, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Randy was born October 13, 1964 in Bridgeport, Texas to Albert Jefferson Tackett, Jr. and Ida Marie (McCauley ) Tackett. Randy was a Volunteer Fireman, a volunteer for the Salvation Army, had worked for the Goodyear Tire Company and The City of Graham Water Department.
Survivors include: mother; Ida Tackett Weatherford of Bryson, daughter; Tiffany Tackett and Floyd Perkins of Olney, son; Jonathon McGregor of Cold Springs, TX.; sisters, Rhonda Gail Williams and family of Graham, Sondra Lynn Raborn of Bryson; brother, William Scoggins and family of Graham; niece, Selnea Raborn of Bryson; grandchildren, Kaydence Tackett and Nevaeh Perkins, and a host of other family members.
The family will greet friends on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
