Raymond Boyce Harley

Raymond Boyce Harley, 75, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Possum Kingdom Lake. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in Cowboy Church Gatherin'. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Raymond was born on February 16, 1936 in Big Springs to the late Arzle Boyce and Claudine (Pankey) Harley. He married Nona Marie Bryant on February 8, 1959 in Rule. Raymond was a veteran of the United States Navy and owner of B.A.R. Treating Service for 25 years in Whiteface, Texas and retired in 2005 to Possum Kingdom Lake. He was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous for 24 years and the Cowboy Church Gatherin'.

Survivors include: wife, Nona Harley of Possum Kingdom Lake; daughter, Vicki Lee Sa' of Graham; sons, John Wesley Harley of Lubbock and Kelly Ray Harley of Littlefield; sister, Pat Chapman of Jacksboro; grandchildren, Kori Ray Steward, Emily Michell Davis, Charlie Ray Harley, Billy Chase Harley, and Tatiana Bela Sa'.
