Richard was born April 7, 1942 in Graham to the late Milton Ray and Gladys Buelah (Laquey) Ratcliffe. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was a retired process server.
Survivors include: daughter, Sherry Duarte of Bluejacket, Oklahoma; sons, John Cooper of Sand Springs, Oklahoma and David Ratcliffe of Bismark, Arkansas; brothers, Jim Ratcliffe of Olney, Ted Ratcliffe of Lubbock, and Stewart Wayne Ratcliffe of Palo Pinto; 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by sisters, Martha Nation and Helen Wooldridge.
