Ronnie Elmore, 73, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2024 in Graham. A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 7100 Crowley Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76134. Ronnie will lie in state at Morrison Funeral Home in Graham until Thursday morning at 10:00am.
Ronnie was born March 14, 1950 in Tuscaloosa, AL to the late Liddie Meggs Elmore and Aubrey Ellis Elmore. Ronnie served 34 years in the Air Force and retired as a Senior Master Sergeant from Carswell Air Force Base in 2008.
He married Carol Ann Bellah, July 4, 2001 in West Blocton, AL. Ronnie and Carol enjoyed traveling to visit relatives and spending their vacations in Destin, FL and Jamaica.
Survivors include: Wife, Carol Bellah Elmore of Graham; daughters, Tammy Bowen of El Paso and Krista Gannon and husband, Brad, of Aubrey; sons, Ronald Elmore, Jr. of Fort Worth, Wade Elmore and wife, Amy, of West Blocton, AL., Rob Whitmire and wife, Josie, of Aledo; sister, Martha J. Lee and husband, Jimmie, of Tuscaloosa, AL.; twelve grandchildren, Amber, Corey, Aubrey, Preston, Garrett, Hayden, Lucas, Colton, Connor, Carlee, Logan, and Landry; nine great grandchildren.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey Elmore and Liddie Pounders, siblings, Glenda Wilson, Audrey Watkins, and David Elmore.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie’s grandsons.
The family would like to thank all of those who loved and cared for Ronnie at Garden Terrace.
