Ruby Sibyl Ridley

Ruby Sibyl Ridley, 87, passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2010 in Graham. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 16, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. in Woodson Church of Christ. Burial will follow in Woodson Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Sibyl was born on June 15, 1922 in Bradford, Arkansas to the late Claude and Ella Mae (Crump) Harris. She married Jewel Ridley on November 12, 1938 in Throckmorton. He preceded her in death on September 12, 1998. Sibyl retired as the Postmaster in Woodson and she was a member of the Woodson Homemakers and the Woodson Church of Christ.

Survivors include: granddaughter, Amber Hearne and husband Justin of Graham; grandsons, Stacy Lane of Dallas and Jackie Rhodes, Jr. and wife, Terri of Graham; sister, Mozelle Hardin of Seymour; son-in-law, Jackie Rhodes, Sr. of Graham; great grandchildren, Jaci, Cole, Tarynn, and Ella Hearne.

She was preceded in death daughter, Linda Kay Rhodes and a granddaughter, Kristi Lane.

Memorials may be made to the Graham Regional Hospice.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
