Ruth Ann Williams

Ruth Ann Williams, "Ruthie", 74, passed away peacefully Tuesday, November 21, 2023 in Graham, TX.  A Memorial Service will be held with family at a later date. 

Ruth Ann was born May 27, 1949 in Grassyville, Texas to the late Anna Mae (Hardt) Williams and James Albert Williams.  She graduated from Spur High School in 1967 and received her college degree from Texas Tech University.  She taught in Yorktown, TX and retired as a high school English teacher for her beloved Smyer Bobcats. It didn't matter where she traveled, she always ran into former students who loved her greatly. She always had a smile on her face and a warm hug for anyone who needed it. From slumber parties to road trips to family vacations to swimming at the pool, Ruthie will definitely be missed. 

Survivors include; sister, Frances Favor of Weatherford; brother, Albert Williams of Lubbock; nieces, Jenny Davidson, Kristi Scott, Mandi Patton, and Angela Williams; nephew, Joel Favor; three grand nieces and six grand nephews.
