Sarah Mann Neal

Sarah Mann Neal, 68, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 9, 2018 at her home in Graham. Visitation will be Friday, September 14, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. A memorial service will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in First Baptist Church in Graham.

Sarah was born January 11, 1950 in Taylor to the late Kenneth and Doris Ann (Balbach) Mann. She graduated from Taylor High School and received her Bachelor of Science from East Texas State University. Sarah married Eddy Neal June 30, 1973 in Taylor and was a retired teacher for Graham ISD where she was 2007 GISD Teacher of the Year. She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma, Teachers Society, and the First Baptist Church in Graham. She loved teaching both in the classroom and in the pool. She always put others before herself, and never met a stranger. She always had a smile to greet you and was a beloved wife, mother, sister and friend.

Survivors include: husband, Eddy Neal of Graham; daughters, Sandy Neal of Carrollton and Kris Corbett and husband, David of Possum Kingdom Lake; sister, Carolyn Loghry and husband, Joe of Bryant, Arkansas; brother, Richard Mann and wife, Theresa of Jax Beach, Florida; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Nyle Mann.
