Sheri Lea Burkett

Sheri Lea Burkett, 39, passed away on August 3, 2011 in Graham. Sheri was born on July 31, 1972 in Olney, TX.

She graduated from Graham High School in 1990. She attended Texas Tech University and graduated from Texas A&M in 1995. Sheri was a real estate agent and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church of Graham.

A rosary will be held on Sunday, August 7, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, August 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary Catholic Church presided by Fr. Raymund Mullan. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Sheri was preceded in death by her grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Billy Doc Martin and Mr. & Mrs. Zack T. Burkett.

Survivors include: parents, Jim and Deborah Burkett of Graham; sister, Sara McCall and husband Jason; nephews, Alan, Sean, and Devin McCall all of Graham; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
