Sue Friday

Sue Friday, 89, passed away Monday, February 3, 2014 in Graham. Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the First United Methodist Church Sanctuary. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Sue was born October 8, 1924 in Megargel to Roy and Velma Lee (Young) Colgan. She moved to Graham about ten years ago from Houston in order to be near her daughter Nancy and other relatives.

Survivors include daughters Nancy Friday Pettus, and husband Kent of Graham and Janie Friday Davis of Houston; grandchildren Morgan Hill, Jr. and wife Lisa, Kristin Hill Smith and husband John, and Collin Davis; great-grandchildren Tanner Hill, Mackenzie and Jake Smith; aunts Ruth Young Gardner of Graham and Rebecca Young Miller of Minnesota. Sister-in-law Virginia Friday Hall and niece Louanne Hall McDowell of Arlington.
