Thelma Carter

Thelma Juanita Carter, 96, passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2013 in Jacksboro. Graveside services will be held Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Thelma was born November 3, 1917 in Miami, Florida to the late Fredrick Luther and Mary Eis. She married Leonard Lafayette Carter August 11, 1967. Thelma was a homemaker and moved to Jacksboro from Abilene.

Survivors include: husband, Leonard L. Carter of Jacksboro; sons, Ross Kuntz of Florida and Bobby Kuntz of Indiana; sister, Betty of Colorado.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jeanine Leidfarth.
