Threasia Timmons

Threasia Faye Timmons, 76, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023 in Graham.  She will be buried beside her husband in Pioneer Cemetery at a later date.

Threasia was born July 20, 1946 in Dallas to the late Elmay Estelle (Grier) Dennis and Carl Franklin Dennis.  She married James M. Timmons, October 24, 1964 in Aledo, Texas.  He preceded her in death on March 25, 1977.  She moved to Graham in 1964 and worked as a Nurse’s Aide.  Threasia was a member of Cowboy Church Gatherin in Graham.  She loved reading books, doing puzzles, playing board games and bingo.  She was especially fond of her grandkids and great grandkids and enjoyed watching them learning to swim at the lake.  

Survivors include; daughter, R.J. Snow of Graham; son, Franklin Timmons of South Bend; brother, Gene Dennis of Emory; grandchildren, Rebecca and Biscuit Hannah, Michael Hoffman, Matthew Hoffman, Cherisa and Jackie Black, Denise Verastique, Britnie and Brad Brock; several great grandchildren and one on the way.

Threasia was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, sister-in-law, Becky Dennis, son-in-laws Buddy Hoffman and Ronnie Snow, daughter-in-law Sharon Timmons.
