Ty B. Kitchen

Ty B. Kitchen, 53, died Friday, May 26, 2017 at his home in Fort Worth after a two year battle with cancer and complications from other illnesses.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in Red Top Cemetery in Young County under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Ty was born in Fort Worth August 16, 1963 and graduated from Eastern Hills High School in 1981.  Ty retired as Vice President of D.R. Kitchen Roofing Company in 2009.  He also worked with his mother and dad as a jewelry designer for 30 years, traveling to shows around the country. 

Survived by parents, Bill M. and Paula Kitchen; uncle, Robert V. Pitts; aunt, Nancy Kitchen; cousin, Darren Ray Kitchen; several second cousins and a large extended family.

Ty was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, M.C. and Louis Kitchen, maternal grandparents Tommie and Albert Haase, his aunt, Judy Bell, uncle Don R. Kitchen, and cousin, Don Bill Kitchen.
