Verna Mangham

Verna "Bunt" Mangham, 94, went home to be with her Savior on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at her home in Keller, Texas. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Tull officiating. Burial will be Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in Forest Park West Cemetery in Shreveport, LA under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Bunt was a long term resident of Shreveport, LA where she raised her children. Bunt moved to Graham, Texas in August 2003 where she made many friends. Most recently, Bunt was residing in Keller, Texas. She married Curtis Mangham and had four children. Bunt is preceded in death by her parents Louis Craver and Annie Daniels Craver, her husband Curtis Mangham in 1977, 3 brothers Doc, Son, and Doolie Craver, a sister Bessie Coil, a daughter LaReva Morton, and 2 Grandsons Rodney Morton and Steve Mangham.

She is survived by a son Jim Mangham and wife Doris of McKinney, Texas, a son-in-law, Lawrence Morton of Keithville, LA, a Daughter Janice Thompson and husband John of Keller, Texas, a Daughter Diane Blake and husband Jerry of Graham, Texas, 9 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Graham, Texas.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
