Wallace Burns

Wallace Burns, 89, passed away Thursday, August 21, 2014 at his home in Graham. A Memorial service will be held, Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Donnell Cemetery in Eliasville. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Wallace was born September 20, 1924 in Eliasville, Texas to the late Wicker Wilson Burns and Carrie (Wallace) Burns. He married Frances D. Cacich, January 17, 1974 in Colorado Springs, CO. He moved to Graham in 1998 from Allen, Texas. Mr. Burns was a Veteran of the Army Air Corps. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church and retired from the automobile business.

Survivors include; wife, Frances Burns of Graham; daughters, Alice Sue Phillips of Richardson, Cecelia Pinkston of Phoenix, AZ., Lynn Margaret Royce of Paradise, CO.; sons, Bob D. Barberousse of Santa Fe, NM., Patrick Sidney Cox of Denton; brother, Roger Burns of Bosque Farms, NM; 9 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren also survive.
