Wanda was born March 11, 1938 in Graham to the late Elton and Elzada (Hannah) Stephens. She married James Cecil “Jim” Perry in 1956 in Graham and he preceded her in death November 4, 1995. Wanda worked many years at Southwestern Bell Phone Company. In 1964 she and Jim started Jim Perry & Sons where she worked as the bookkeeper until 2010. Wanda was a devoted mother to her four sons. She took great pride in raising them and loved them all dearly. Wanda was very active in helping with 4-H and FFA with her boys, putting on FFA rodeos and working with the Jr Livestock Show. She loves spending time with her grandkids. She loved sewing and later went on to teach sewing in 4-H where she taught her granddaughters to sew. She also enjoyed attending the grandkids sporting events. Wanda alongside Jim was also very active in the Graham Antique Tractor Club.
