Wayne Lavonne Crumpton

Wayne Lavonne Crumpton, 87, went home to be with the Lord Monday, February 16, 2015 in Graham. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Wayne was born November 6, 1927 in Wichita Falls to the late Alvin Vernon and Inez (Vanhooser) Crumpton. He married Marie Evelyn Reedy June 20, 1949 in Graham. Wayne was a veteran of the United States Navy and retired from Hexcel as a Production Control Supervisor.

Survivors include: wife, Marie Crumpton of Graham; daughters, Linda Liles, Gay McCracken and husband Rex, Elaine Wells and husband, Tony, and Teresa Evonne Bishop and husband Nolan all of Graham; 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He is also survived by sister, Alva Nell Lister; nieces, Brenda Lister and Carolyn Dreher and husband, Dale all of Wichita Falls.

Wayne was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Robert Liles and grandson, Derek Liles.

Family visitation will be held Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
