Wayne Ribble, 65, passed away, September 8, 2013 in Ft. Worth, Texas. He lived in Ft. Worth for the past 46 years. Wayne was born January 3, 1948 in Graham, Texas to Bill and Jackie (Phinney) Ribble. At Wayne's request there will be no funeral service. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
He was kind, forgiving, sweet, understanding, generous and had a contagious laugh. Anyone who spent anytime with him knew "A good time was had by all" and "It's been a slice of heaven".
Wayne was preceded in death by his father, Bill, and by his grandparents, Otis "Tige" and Odessa "Toots" (Hibler) Phinney, and H.L. and Jimmie (Dillinder) Ribble.
He is survived by his mother, Jackie Ribble, of Tyler, Texas and 3 sisters, Cheri Williams and husband, Randy of Tyler; Dana Ribble of Houston; Penny Vincent and husband, Rickey of Ethel, Louisiana; 2 nephews, Ryan Vincent and fiancee, Shannon of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Jeremy Phillips and wife, Ece of New York City; and a niece, Bree Williams of Sulphur Springs, Texas;2 grandnephews, Daniel Vincent of Baton Rouge Louisiana and Denis Phillips of New York City; an uncle, Glenn Phinney and wife, Margie of Graham, 2 cousins Karon Harrell and Vicki Millsof Graham and an aunt, Modene Ribble Mansfield and husband, George of Oklahoma City.He is also survived by two lifelong friends, Al Trumbull and Mark Carpenter; and 3 friends that helped him tremendously over the last few years; Rachel Anthony, Selwyn Sarlow, and Darryl Martindale.
