Willa Faye Singleton, 72, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2014, in Graham. Graveside services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, July 19, 2014, in Pioneer Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Faye was born April 27, 1942, in Salinas, California, to the late Clarence Estel and Ruby (Finley) Singleton. She married Donald Allen Cook May, 1962, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death in 1968. She married Ferdinand Jean Esenwein in 1972 and he preceded her in death. Faye was real estate broker/owner of Aristate Realty and an audiologist for Miracle Ear. She loved animals and was an avid outdoorsman.
She was preceded in death by five brothers.
Survivors include one son, Mark Allen Cook of Olympia, Washington; two sisters, Joyce Booker Cole and Mary Estelene Singleton, both of Graham; one brother, Darrell Glenn Singleton of Jacksonville, Florida; three grandchildren, John, Gideon, and Adri'Anne Cook of Olympia and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Virginia's House or Young County Humane Society.
