William Short
William Roy Short, Sr., 72, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013 in Graham. A memorial service will be held Friday, January 25, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. in Grace Baptist Church.
William was born November 14, 1940 in Snyder to the late Charlie Boone and Cleo (Clements) Short. He married Sandra Burden November 7, 1960 in Granbury. William worked for Steer Bowl as a mechanic.
Survivors include: wife, Sandra Short of Graham; daughters, Denisa Chappell of Graham and Elisha Ziemski of Ocala, Florida; sons, William Short, Jr. of Graham and Wendell Short of Caney, Kansas; sister, Marye Wall of Portales, NM; brother, Don Short of Iowa; 19 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
